Due to the Delta variant, we are not on-premises during regular business hours.  

Please note that each business within our building establishes its own hours, days of operations, and protocol regarding COVID-19. We do not have a building protocol and are advised to call the business you are visiting to find out theirs. Please call ahead to see if they are in the office. The building is open if they are seeing people; it may be closed otherwise.

The owner of the building, Russ Gill, no longer has regular hours.  You are welcome to leave a phone message; however, your best way of communicating with him is by filling out the contact form. 

Located within 40 minutes of Cleveland or Youngstown, Ohio, and about 30 minutes from Akron, Ohio, 43 Office Center is strategically situated at the crossroads of State Routes 14 and 43,  in the heart of Streetsboro. 

 

 

We have one office immediately available to rent. It is room 201, which can easily hold two people with two desks. The monthly fee is $400. It is upstairs, and there is no elevator in the building. 

 

 


All available spaces include full use of a mailbox, boardroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and free Wi-Fi. We also have an attractive and inviting reception area with comfortable seating.

The spacious boardroom can seat up to fifteen individuals -- Everywhere you look, there is plenty of natural light emanating from our large windows.
